GOD FORBID Completes Drums Tracks For New Album
March 19, 2008New Jersey's metal titans GOD FORBID have finished tracking drums with longtime producer Eric Rachel (ATREYU, THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN) for their much anticipated new full-length album.
Commented drummer Corey Pierce: "So everyone, I am finally done with the drum tracks for the new record. I have to say just how proud I am of what we have accomplished with this new material. I know that once you guys out there hear it, everyone will be feeling it. This is the best of the best. I love my band, our friends and fans that helped us get to this point and we think you will all be pleased to see where we are headed. I cant wait to hear peoples reactions."
This new effort is the follow-up to the group's most successful offering yet, "IV: The Constitution of Treason", and "the depth and diversity on this disc is easily going to position the band as of one the most innovative bands within the genre," according to a press release. "This is an entirely new GOD FORBID that have matured beyond their years and are now more focused than ever before."
